Celebrating 10 years since the release of John Carney's acclaimed film and accompanying soundtrack with two brand new track versions performed by the Sing Street Band featuring cast from the stage musical adaption. Also in the reissue are new liner notes by Gary Clark (composer and musician.) 'Sing Street' is a musical set in 1980's Dublin. The movie follows a boy who starts a band in order to impress a girl. This soundtrack features original songs from the film written by director John Carney (Once) and Gary Clark including 'Go Now' performed by Maroon 5's Adam Levine. Also included on the album are songs featured in the film by artists including The Cure, Motörhead, Duran Duran, The Jam and more.
